NAMES! You probably have one. In this episode, Drew & Natalie talk about your name (probably) and a bunch of other peoples’ names. Natalie explains why she doesn’t have a name, and Drew plays a name quiz that you can play along with as you listen. We also have dozens, maybe thousands, of name-based facts.

We also mentioned that it’s illegal in Sweden to name your son Brfxxccxxmnpcccclllmmnprxvclmnckssqlbb11116, which came up because a couple in Sweden tried to name their son exactly this word. (You’ll have to listen to the episode to find out what happened.)

I go by Cat because people struggle with Caterina (I get Katrina and Catalina a lot), but when I realized my nickname + last initial was Cat P, I realized I had the best name ever.
Jon Bois made a two-part documentary about the history of athletes named just "Bob" - not Robert or something that abbreviates to Bob. It's... surprisingly compelling!
